Yes, you are most welcome to come to only one class per week but please be aware that if you plan to grade for belts, you will probably need both classes.
Classes are $15 each person. You can pay on the night in cash or electronically in advance. Please make sure to advise us in-advance which method you will use and allow time for funds to transfer if using an electronic method.
Well, really that is only a problem if it is for you. We don’t judge that way. We do generally find that children under age 5 are not ready to train (too little focus). Older people are welcome (we are that ourselves now). If you are able to move then you can train.
We don’t specialize in children as such but do train several (including our own). We do require and teach discipline as part of the training and this tends to be of great benefit for everyone. Parents who participate (either actively in class or on the sidelines) tend to see great improvements. Benedict is very open about being Aspie (Autism Spectrum).
Like any sport or physical activity things can happen. However, if you take care and follow instruction, then the likelihood of injury is minimal. Sparring is a controlled environment without full contact.
